Dusty Old Cars dealership owner indicted

MANCHESTER — The owner of an antique car dealership that was taken over by a trustee appointed by a U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge was indicted Friday on 20 charges accusing him of witness tampering and forging documents to obtain titles to clients’ cars.

Stephan Condodemetraky of 2 Dorothy’s Way, Bedford, was indicted Friday by a Merrimack County Superior Court grand jury on one count of tampering with witnesses and informants; nine counts of forgery; and 10 charges of title application fraud.

The witness tampering indictment alleges he attempted to induce or cause Christopher Haes to testify falsely to the grand jury.

Forgery and title application fraud counts allege he forged nine motor vehicle purchase contracts in the name of Brad West and presented them to the New Hampshire Division of Motor Vehicles to obtain titles to West’s cars.

The 10th title application fraud count pertains to another car owned by West, a 1992 Jaguar XJS-V-12.

West consigned all the cars for sale with Dusty Old Cars of 27 Airport Road, Nashua on Feb. 25, 2013.
