Juvenile charged as adult in shootings – News – Pine Bluff Commercial

A 15-year-old Pine Bluff boy has been linked to two separate shootings in the Dollarway area in less than a month. Jimmy Joles is being charged as an adult with two counts of first-degree battery and one count of committing a terroristic act stemming from an incident on July 17 and a second on Aug. 4.

Pine Bluff Police Detective Ryan Moheb said in a probable cause affidavit that Joles was standing in the bed of a 2004 Nissan truck and left the area still in the bed of the truck.

Security video confirmed the victim’s account of the incident; crime scene technicians recovered multiple .40-caliber shell casings at the scene.
